Shipping

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and U.S. territories (including APO/FPO/DPO). International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing Times

  • Order processing: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays).

  • Cutoff time: Orders placed after 5:00 pm Mountain Time may begin processing the next business day.

  • Pre-orders, backorders, or high-volume periods (e.g., holiday promos) may require additional processing time.

Delivery Estimates (After Shipment)

  • Standard shipping: typically 2-5 business days.

  • Expedited options: shown at checkout (where available).

Delivery timelines are estimates from the carrier and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or events outside our control.

Tracking

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking will be sent once your order leaves our facility.

  • Tracking details can take up to 24–48 hours to update after label creation.

  • Check Spam folder if email is not received 

Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages

  • Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout.

  • We are unable to reroute packages once shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/insufficient address, refusal, or unclaimed delivery, we can reship (additional postage may apply) or refund the product price less original shipping (if applicable).

PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO

  • We deliver to PO Boxes (via USPS) and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Transit times may be longer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged in Transit

  • Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can help.

  • Lost packages: If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, check with neighbors/household members and your local carrier first. If still missing after 3 business days, contact us—claims windows vary by carrier, and we’ll assist you with next steps.

  • Hydrevo is not responsible for packages after a carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love Hydrevo. Because our products are consumable, we follow safety-first rules that are also fair.

Return Window

  • We accept returns of all products within 30 days of delivery.

What’s Not Returnable

  • Opened consumables (except in the case of damage/defect we verify).

  • Final sale or promotional items, free gifts, digital items, and gift cards.

  • Bulk/wholesale or resale orders.

Exchanges

  • If you received the wrong item, or your product arrived damaged/defective, we’ll replace it at no cost or offer an equivalent solution.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@drinkhydrevo.com with your order number, the items you’d like to return, and the reason.

  2. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

  3. Pack items securely. Items sent to the wrong address may be delayed.

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment (or store credit, if requested) for the product price only.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days after we receive your return for inspection, plus your bank’s processing time (typically 3–10 business days).

Damaged/Defective or Wrong Item

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@drinkhydrevo.com with photos of the packaging and product so we can make it right quickly.

Cancellations & Order Changes

  • We start working on orders quickly. If you need to cancel or edit your order, email us immediately at support@drinkhydrevo.com.

  • If the order has already shipped, We cannot cancel your order.

Subscriptions

  • You can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription any time before the next renewal ships.

  • Subscription orders that have already processed follow the policy above.

Additional Return Rules

  • If you are returning a product because you did not like the flavor, a 25% restocking fee will apply, and shipping costs are not refundable.

  • If you knowingly purchase a product despite having an allergy or a condition that prevents you from taking it, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

  • If you enter an incorrect shipping address and the package is returned to us, we will attempt to notify you. If we do not receive a response within 10 business days, we will issue a refund minus a 25% restocking fee, and shipping is not refundable.
